How We Work

At The Clever Catalyst, we embrace the uniqueness of each project. Our pricing model reflects this by being variable, allowing us to customize our services to your specific needs. We operate on a time and service basis, ensuring you only pay for what you need and nothing more.

Flexible Billing

Our invoices reflect the services rendered at the approved rates for the agreed-upon time. This flexibility means you get precisely what you need without unnecessary costs. No hidden fees, no surprises—just straightforward billing for the work we do.

Invoices are sent every other Friday (bi-monthly)* for whatever work was approved and rendered during those two weeks time.

 

*Some services are only billed yearly or monthly.

Budgets Welcome

If you have a budget in mind, let us know. We will work with that. No minimums. You want one hour per week for a few months? So be it. We will rock that hour. Only have $1000 a month to allocate to marketing and support with a running list longer than your arm? Great, give us access to that list and we will take it from there!
